Doron Patt  -  Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chairman

Mr. Patt assumed the role of CEO of S.L.P. in early 2007, after serving as the Company’s active Co-Chairman for approximately one year.  Prior to joining S.L.P., Mr. Patt served as Vice President at the Challenge Fund – Etgar L.P., one of Israel’s leading venture capital funds, for nearly a decade.  Before then, Mr. Patt served as Vice President at the Giza Group, a management consulting firm that served as the Israeli representative of Alex Brown & Sons. Prior to that, Mr. Patt was an Associate with the U.S. law firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, where he specialized in securities law. Mr. Patt holds a B.S., magna cum laude, and an MBA from New York University and a J.D. from the American University, Washington College of Law.  He is a member of the Massachusetts and District of Columbia bar associations.

Noam Hadas  -  Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Hadas holds a MSc degree in Electronics Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology with a specialty in fiber-optic sensors. Following the completion of his studies, Mr. Hadas established Innotech Ltd, which was subsequently merged into SLP in 1993.  Mr. Hadas is a member of SLP’s Board of Directors and one of the Company’s major shareholders.

Menashe Ashten  -  Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Ashten joined SLP in May 2008 as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining SLP, Mr. Ashten served as production and plant manager followed by COO of RIT Technologies. Mr. Ashten brings with him over 10 years of experience in the field of logistics and internal operations. He holds a BA in Administration from the Open University, and an MBA, specializing in finance, from Ono Academic College.

Yarden Levital  -  Finance Manager

Mr. Levital joined SLP in 2008 as the company’s Finance Manager. Before joining SLP, Mr. Levital served as the deputy CFO at Medispec Ltd. Prior to that, Mr. Levital served as a Business Analyst at Intel (Israel) for the Employee Services Group.  Mr. Levital has an MBA in Integrative Management from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a BA in Human and Social Sciences from the Open University in Tel Aviv.  Mr. Levital also received certification in Systems Analysis and Bookkeeping from the Jerusalem College for Management.

Sarah Bond  -  Director of Sales and Marketing USA

Ms. Bond joined SLP Inc. in 2006 and began serving as the Director of Sales & Marketing shortly thereafter.  Ms. Bond holds a B.S. degree in Marketing and Advanced Professional Sales and has many years of sales and marketing experience.  Prior to joining SLP Ms. Bond operated her own real estate business achieving multi-million dollar sales status within her first year.  

Olivier Peres  -  Director of Sales and Marketing EMEA

Mr. Peres joined SLP Ltd. in November 2008 as Director of Marketing and Sales for Europe, Middle East and Asia (EMEA). Prior to joining SLP, Mr. Peres served as International Marketing Manager (Europe) at Tutnauer Israel. Prior to that, Mr. Peres served as Director of Marketing and Sales at Celitron Medical Technologies (BATM). Mr. Peres has many years of experience in international marketing of Medical Technology and holds an MBA degree from Montpellier University, France.
